Chef Frank has held prestigious positions in renowned establishments such as Rosewood Bangkok and Grand Hyatt Singapore, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to quality. His extensive experience in fine dining and sustainable practices aligns seamlessly with Alila’s mission of creating memorable experiences rooted in local culture and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
