With over two decades of culinary expertise across distinguished hotels and resorts in Asia and the Middle East, Chef Eddie has made his mark with globally recognised hospitality brands, including Hilton, InterContinental, and Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts.
Since joining Kandooma Maldives as Executive Chef in 2018, Chef Eddie has played a pivotal role in redefining the resort’s dining experiences. He has introduced signature menu concepts and cultivated a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within his team.
In his new role, Chef Eddie will oversee the resort’s entire Food & Beverage operations, managing all culinary outlets, restaurants, and bars. His leadership will focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences while upholding Kandooma Maldives’ commitment to quality, sustainability, and guest satisfaction.
