Villa Park, a tropical island resort located within the South Ari Marine Protected Area (SAMPA), has introduced its newest and highest-category accommodation, the Two-Bedroom Beach Pool House.
Measuring 456 square metres, the new villa category becomes the most premium accommodation option at the resort, further strengthening Villa Park’s positioning as a destination suited to family travel and expanding its range of beach pool villa offerings.
Designed for families and small groups seeking both space and privacy, the Two-Bedroom Beach Pool House combines indoor living with outdoor island surroundings. Set within landscaped tropical vegetation, each villa features a private pool and generous outdoor areas intended for relaxed island living, with the beach and lagoon in close proximity.
The interior layout is designed to support shared stays while maintaining comfort and privacy. The master bedroom is positioned to face the pool and beach, while the second bedroom includes twin beds, making it suitable for children or additional guests. The villa also includes two bathrooms to support convenience throughout the stay.
A key feature of the accommodation is its seclusion, achieved through thoughtful positioning and natural landscaping. An elevated terrace balcony overlooks the surrounding coconut palms, providing a private outdoor space suitable for quiet relaxation at different times of day.
The introduction of this category builds on Villa Park’s positioning as a family-oriented resort in the Maldives, known for its beaches, lagoon environment and a programme of activities for guests of all ages. Located in SAMPA, the resort is also known for seasonal whale shark sightings, which are a notable feature of the area’s marine life.
In addition to its beach and marine environment, the resort offers a range of facilities including the Araamu Spa and various dining concepts, including ZERO, a treetop dining venue focusing on locally influenced cuisine.
With the addition of the Two-Bedroom Beach Pool House, Villa Park expands its accommodation offering, placing emphasis on space, privacy and access to the island environment.
