One&Only Reethi Rah has appointed Michal Zemlicka as Executive Assistant Manager for Food and Beverage, expanding his responsibilities within the resort’s management team.
Zemlicka joined the resort in November 2023 as Director of Food and Beverage. During his tenure, he has overseen operational developments across dining outlets and contributed to the organisation of events and collaborative initiatives involving visiting chefs and mixologists. He was also involved in the redevelopment and reopening of the resort’s signature restaurant, TAPASAKE.
In his new role, he will support senior management in overseeing food and beverage operations, including strategic planning, concept development, and revenue performance across the resort’s outlets.
Zemlicka brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality sector. Prior to joining One&Only Reethi Rah, he held roles at Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa and Furaveri Maldives, and has also worked in destinations including Bali, Dubai, Australia, and Slovakia.
The appointment reflects a continuation of internal progression within the resort’s food and beverage team.
