With an impressive career spanning over three decades, Aloysious has worked with some of the most respected names in the industry across the Middle East. His journey in hospitality began in 1996 at Le Meridien Hotel in Saudi Arabia, and over the years, he steadily rose through the ranks, holding pivotal roles in Abu Dhabi at esteemed properties such as Al Raha Beach Hotel, Park Rotana, Dusit Thani, and Crowne Plaza. His most recent tenure at the National Corporation of Hotels & Tourism further strengthened his strategic and operational expertise.
Throughout his career, Aloysious has been at the forefront of managing dynamic F&B teams, leading large-scale banquet operations, and curating guest-centric dining experiences. His hands-on leadership style, combined with a deep understanding of service standards, has made him a trusted figure in F&B management.
Now at Canareef, Aloysious is set to elevate the guest experience with innovative dining concepts, personalized service, and seamless operations. His commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with the resort’s vision of creating memorable and heartfelt experiences for every guest.
