Alicia began her hospitality journey at the age of 16 and has since built a career spanning Australia, the Middle East, and Asia. An Australian native, she spent many years on the Gold Coast and brings with her a deep understanding of tropical beach resort culture, making her perfectly aligned with the soul of Kanuhura. Alicia is no stranger to island life, having held previous roles at Six Senses Yao Noi in Thailand and Hayman Island on Australia’s Great Barrier Reef.

Commenting on the appointment, Marteyne van Well, Regional General Manager of Six Senses Maldives, shared, “We are delighted to welcome Alicia Graham, not just for her proven leadership, but for the heart, resilience, and integrity she brings to every team she leads.”
