The award places the resort among highly rated hotels globally and is based on verified guest reviews collected by British Airways Holidays in partnership with Feefo, a platform for authenticated customer feedback. Guests assessed their stays across several criteria, including location, service quality, cleanliness, and sleep comfort. Reethi Faru Resort achieved an overall rating of 4.9 out of 5.

He added that the award highlights partners who prioritise customer satisfaction in their operations.
