
THE OZEN COLLECTION, an award-winning luxury hospitality brand within the Atmosphere Core portfolio, has announced the appointment of Utsa Majumder as General Manager of OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR, a 181-key luxury resort located in the Aravalli ranges. The appointment is considered a significant step in shaping the leadership team for the brand’s newest destination in India.
A seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience across several internationally recognised hotel brands in India, Utsa Majumder is known for her people-focused leadership style, strong operational expertise and commercial acumen. She has received multiple industry accolades, including General Manager of the Year 2024 at the Hozpitality Excellence Awards and the Leading Hospitality Icon award at the World Leadership Congress Awards in 2022.
In addition to her corporate career, she is actively involved in tourism and hospitality advocacy, particularly in relation to women in the sector. She currently serves as President of the WICCI Hospitality and Tourism Council in Himachal Pradesh and is a mentor within the WICCI mentorship outreach programme, supporting the development of women in hospitality.

OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR is situated within India’s Golden Triangle, approximately one hour from Jaipur International Airport, two and a half hours from Gurgaon and three hours from Agra. The resort is planned to feature 181 one- and two-bedroom villas, each with a private pool, set across 20 acres of landscaped grounds. The development is intended to serve both leisure and events markets, including meetings, celebrations and weddings, supported by a 20,000 sq. ft. indoor event space alongside a range of outdoor venues.
