CROSSROADS Maldives, the premier integrated leisure destination in the Maldives, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Maldives Transport and Contracting Company PLC (MTCC), one of the prominent companies in the Maldives with a workforce of 4,600 employees. MTCC is the primary public transport provider in the country, playing a pivotal role in the daily lives of Maldivians.
This MOU marks the beginning of a strategic partnership designed to offer exclusive offers, discounts, and value-added experiences specifically tailored for MTCC employees. The collaboration aims to not only enhance the visitor experience at CROSSROADS Maldives but also to strengthen ties between the two organizations.
Special attendees from MTCC at the signing ceremony included DCP (RETD) Ahmed Saudee, Managing Director; Ibrahim Latheef, Chief People Officer; and Hussain Shaaz, Assistant General Manager, who participated as a witness. The partnership is expected to drive a significant portion of MTCC’s workforce to CROSSROADS Maldives, thereby boosting visitor numbers and increasing the destination’s visibility among MTCC employees and clients.
