Atmosphere Core has announced key internal promotions within its commercial leadership team, reflecting its commitment to commercial excellence, innovation, and long-term value creation across its award-winning portfolios—Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts and COLOURS OF OBLU.
Tanushree Joshi has been elevated to the position of Assistant Vice President, Sales & Marketing – Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts. With over 17 years of international luxury hospitality experience, she is widely recognised for her strategic acumen and results-driven leadership. In her previous role as Director of Sales & Marketing at Atmosphere Kanifushi, she delivered record-breaking performance, achieving the resort’s annual budget ahead of schedule and driving strong growth across key markets.
For COLOURS OF OBLU, Mohamed Shiham has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Sales & Marketing. A seasoned commercial professional with over 15 years of experience in hospitality sales, revenue, and strategy, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening market performance throughout his tenure. He most recently served as Director of Sales & Marketing at RAAYA by Atmosphere, contributing significantly to the brand’s commercial success and positioning.
Speaking on her promotion, Tanushree said she is honoured to take on the expanded role at a time of strong momentum for Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts. She noted that the brand’s unique positioning and guest-centric philosophy present significant opportunities, and that she looks forward to building on the commercial momentum across the portfolio while working closely with teams and partners to strengthen global presence and drive sustainable, long-term growth.
Commenting on his appointment, Shiham said he is excited to take on the new role within COLOURS OF OBLU. He highlighted his experience within the Maldives hospitality landscape and expressed his intent to further strengthen the brand’s presence across key markets, while driving more strategic commercial initiatives and partnerships to support the next phase of growth.
