Travel trade professionals from around the world gathered together from 1st to 3rd June, 2020 in the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) Virtual. Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) joined in and became a part of this exciting new solution to adapt into the new world.
Held by the organizers of ATM, this event focused on emerging trends, opportunities and challenges which have a direct impact on the travel and tourism industry during the ongoing global pandemic (COVID-19).
Comprehensive webinars, live conference sessions, roundtables, speed networking events and even one-on-one meetings took place during the course of these 3 days.
In addition to addressing these challenges and impacts, travel professionals were provided with a wealth of information and advice to support and cope with the current situation, as well as adapt to the “new normal” that lies ahead.
MMPR will take this new information into account whilst closely monitoring new travel trends and continuing its efforts in promoting the destination on digital platforms.
