The 8th edition of TTM Maldives 2024, which commenced on 21st August at the Meerumaa Conference Facility, came to a successful conclusion on 22nd August at Adaaran Select Hudhuran Fushi.
The event was inaugurated with an opening speech delivered by Ibrahim Faisal, the Tourism Minister of the Maldives. The opening ceremony also included presentations from key industry players.
TTM Connect meetings were held from August 21st to 22nd at the Meerumaa Events Conference Facility. These meetings brought together over 500 travel trade professionals and more than 100 hoteliers, facilitating over 3,000 pre-scheduled business meetings.
The event’s highlight was the TTM Awards & Gala night, which recognised and celebrated outstanding achievements within the Maldives’ hospitality sector. This year, the awards expanded to feature 28 categories, acknowledging excellence across resorts, hotels, top producers, and airlines. The evening was a memorable celebration, recognition, and appreciation for the industry’s best. The closing event was a vibrant social gathering where industry professionals enjoyed a delightful evening of dinner, live music, and networking.
